DAX-FC1000 adopts the industry-leading fully electric design concept, all actions are driven by electricity, completely bidding farewell to the laborious hand-cranked operation of traditional manual cranes. The product is equipped with an ergonomic integrated operating handle, allowing operators to easily control the walking, steering, boom lifting and telescoping of the equipment with one hand, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
The walking system adopts a high-power DC drive motor and differential steering design, with a turning radius of only 1.5m, which can flexibly turn and move in narrow workshop passages. The walking speed is steplessly adjustable from 0-4km/h. It can quickly drive to the operation site when unloaded, and automatically switches to low-speed mode when heavily loaded to ensure stable and safe operation.
Telescopic Boom, Covering Wider Operation Range
DAX-FC1000 is equipped with a high-strength alloy steel telescopic boom, the boom length can be adjusted steplessly between 1200mm and 2000mm, which can meet the lifting needs of different distances and heights. The boom is driven by hydraulic pressure for lifting, with a maximum lifting height of 2800mm, which can easily lift heavy objects to workbenches, shelves or equipment.
The product adopts a unique U-shaped base design with a base span of up to 1800mm, which greatly improves the stability of the whole machine. Four high-strength polyurethane universal wheels are installed under the base, two of which are directional wheels with brakes and two are universal wheels, which not only ensures the flexibility of movement but also provides reliable support during lifting operations.
